• Business details: equipment type, preferred lanes and home base, and anything you include in your message.
• Onboarding documents: documents you choose to send us so we can book loads for you, such as your MC/DOT information, certificate of insurance, W-9, and broker setup packets.
• Load-related records: rate confirmations, bills of lading, and detention or layover claim paperwork.

Our website host may also automatically log basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and set up dispatch service.
• To find and book loads, negotiate rates, and handle paperwork on your behalf.
• To communicate with you by phone, text message, and email about your loads and account.

3. Text messaging (SMS)

• What we send: messages related to your dispatch service, such as load details and availability, rate confirmation notices, pickup and delivery updates, paperwork reminders, and replies to your questions.
• How you opt in: by submitting your phone number on our website contact form with the text-message consent box checked, by texting us first, or by agreeing to receive texts when you speak with us. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
• Frequency: message frequency varies depending on your active loads and requests.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Help: reply HELP, or contact us at the email address or phone number in Section 10.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How we share information

We do not share your personal information, including your mobile number, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only as needed to run our service:
